Common questions

We only book 2–3 baby showers a month — which plan?+

Essential ($39.99/mo, 4 events) is built for exactly that. It's not priced per event — it's an amenity you offer to every booking inquiry, even ones that don't close. The pitch ‘games included’ helps you win bookings you wouldn't otherwise win.

Can my staff just buy credits per event?+

They can, but that puts setup work on staff for every event. With the subscription, the booking party self-serves their own setup. Your staff does nothing.

What if I cancel mid-month?+

Events already activated keep running. Future events stop activating, and the booking party can purchase a credit themselves to keep the games. Nothing strands.

What if our booking party doesn’t want to set it up?+

Setup is 5 minutes — most do it the day they get the invite. If they skip it entirely, the printable still renders with friendly defaults and the games still run on event day.

Is there a contract?+

Month-to-month. Cancel anytime in the Stripe portal.
